Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Flat-rate shipping: $9.99 per order, free on orders over $150.00.
• Processing time: 1–3 business days (personalised jackets may need 1–2 extra days).
• Delivery time: usually 5–12 business days after dispatch.
• You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
• International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & exchanges

• You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed, non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.
• Personalised jackets (custom name/number) are made to order and can only be returned if faulty or incorrect.
• To start a return, email info@hileneinternational.com with your order number.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.

Bulk / custom orders

Custom team and private-label orders are produced to your approved design and are non-refundable once production starts, except for manufacturing defects.
